The house was completely renovated for the summer of 2006. The property is an easy 4 block walk down the sidewalk to South Beach, Kid's Corner, and downtown shopping and dining.

Amenities include central air conditioning throughout the house, 7 TVs (3 with extended Cable TV and 4 with basic cable), several DVD players, several VCRs, gas grill, free long distance telephone service, wireless internet connection, computer, full service kitchen including new refrigerator with filtered ice and water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, smoothtop range, and large washer and dryer.
The house was completely renovated in 2006. Renovations included new vinyl siding, new roof, all new windows, new wiring, 18 x 18 foot 2 story addition, all new carpet, all new appliances, new swimming pool, new hot tub, new sod, new deck, all new paint, new furniture, and new white vinyl fencing.
The house includes beds of various sizes (2 kings, 2 queens, 2 fulls, 4 twins (2 sets of bunks), a full-size crib, and a portable crib).

fan. The house has a large 28 x 14 foot carpeted living room
that
includes 2 cable televisions (35 inch and 25 inch), each with DVD/VCR
players. There is a 3-in-1 game table in the living room that
includes foosball, miniature billiards, and table hockey. The
hardwood floor 14 x 14 dining room comfortably fits an 8
foot dining table. The kitchen and adjacent powder room have ceramic
tile floors. The kitchen has sliding glass doors that open to the
backyard deck and pool/spa area.
All five upstairs bedrooms are carpeted. 4 of the upstairs bedrooms have a ceiling fan. The house has 8 ceiling fans in all. The 2 upstairs bathrooms have ceramic tile floors. The master bedroom has a faux balcony overlooking the backyard pool area. One bedroom has a trayed ceiling.
The pool will be open and heated from May until approximately October 1. The hot tub is open and heated year-round. Enjoy the rare warm water in South Haven in June and September!
